Scope and content

Subseries consists predominantly of negatives taken by various photographers and donated or copied to Doug Cox collection by various donors. All materials are pertinent to the geographic region of Boundary Country, BC, which lies east of the South Okanagan Valley and West of the Kootenay region, just north of the Canada-USA border. Materials frequently relate to early mining initiatives in the region and refer to settlements which are now considered ghost towns.
Subseries is arranged into 5 files.
