File contains records of AUCE Local 2 (Simon Fraser University) regarding 1979 strike, dated March 1978 to January 1980. Records include correspondence, strike bulletins, newsletters, fliers, planning materials, map of SFU campus, outline of personnel deployment system, and open correspondence regarding the arrest of striking union members.

[Local 3 agreements and other materials]

File contains agreements, news clippings, correspondence and other records of AUCE Local 3 (Notre Dame University) related to contractual negotiations with the university, dated August 1974 to November 1975. Agreements are between the Board of Governors of Notre Dame University of Nelson and AUCE Local 3, dated November 14, 1974 and September 29, 1975. File also includes proposed classifications and salary grade, and bulletin regarding defunding of Notre Dame University.

File contains incoming and outgoing correspondence of AUCE Local 2 (SFU) and newsletter AUCE Anchor dated April 1975 to February 1984. Office log

File consists of the Union Organizer's handwritten office log, dated November 3rd, 1975 to November 17, 1976. The log documents the Organizer's duties and activities, including general administration and organization, phone calls, speaking to members, preparing reports, compiling arbitration cases, office renovation, peparing for membership meetings, writing newsletter articles, recordkeeping, and constructing an office manual.

File also contains correspondence, a Civil Engineering Department list, administrative instructions, reports written by the Organizer, meeting notes, committee membership lists and terms of reference, an executive membership list, and a library loan list.

File also contains "Strike Progress" material, documenting AUCE's strike activity and administration in December 1975. Records include activity logs, an official brief to UBC's Board of Governors, executive meeting minutes, a transcript of a meeting between AUCE and the BC Federation of Labour, and correspondence.

Treasurer's files

File contains records of the union office treasurer, dated June 20, 1978 to November 20, 1979. Documents include material concerning a 1979 office reorganization.
