Document outlines details of the contract between Lee Ying and Tung Fat. The contract covers details about the pricing and condition of rice being shipped to Victoria. On the top left hand corner of the document are some Chinese characters with the two parties names, Tung 同 and Lee 李, being legible. There is also some pre-Republican Chinese written verso.
