Several other projects included in this fonds relate to the Powell River region project, the Bag and Specialty division, and the Bulk Packaging division of MacMillan Bloedel. Specific administrative record types include: business assessments, historical reports, inter-office memos, strategy reviews, proposals, management strategies, strategic direction and long-range plans, and presentations.

The fonds is organized in three series: College And University Papers (including the sub-series Pomona/Stockton Numbered Files, Other College Files, Toward Dissertation & Dissertation I, and Lectures and Other Professional Papers), Personal Papers, and Cooke / Pulpit Publications (including the sub-series Correspondence, Provenance Studies, General Notes, Drafts, and Printouts, and Bound Computer Printouts). Where Spaulding's original arrangements were still apparent and considered practical, they have been retained – otherwise the files are arranged in chronological order.

The fonds consists of the records of the Mid-Island Diversion Programme, Nanaimo Area which the John Howard Society of Nanaimo has operated since December, 1975. The records consist of ca. 3000 case files that contain a personal information sheet, police record, runnning record sheet, letters of apology, general correspondence and closing report.

Fonds includes sixty-one literary works dating from 1969 to 2011, including screenplays, teleplays, manuscripts of novels, and non-fiction work along with accompanying correspondence, notes, press, research, photographs, and recordings. Scripts include both produced and unproduced projects. Also included is a small collection of personal material such as drawings and biographical materials with obituaries and tributes for Hunter.

The fonds consists of legal documents collected by John Keenlyside over the last thirty five years. The documents give insight into the formation of British Columbia's legal system when it consisted of two colonies. The legal records (including writs, testimony, judgements, and other court documents) were produced by judges, magistrates, defendants, claimants, and other relevant parties. Some figures of historical significance who created legal records in this fonds are the first judge in BC, the first Attorney General, and BC's earliest clergy, businessmen, and other prominent figures from the colonial period.
This fonds also consists of documents related to the British Columbia Provincial Police force and various Japanese-Canadian and civil rights groups.
Fonds consists almost entirely of materials created or acquired by John Knox over the course of his studies and professional life. The fonds is organized in the following series: Atmospheric blocking and Northern Hemisphere anomalies, Extended-Range and Analogue Forecasting, Climate Trends and Variability, Ocean Weather Station "Papa", Prairie drought ("Dry/Wet"), Cli-Red, and Miscellaneous Professional Activities.
