The fonds consists of records relating to Bawtree’s time on two important legislative committees: The Committee on Crown Corporations and The Select Standing Committee on Agriculture (SSCA). The SSCA was tasked by the Legislature to make a complete review of agriculture in the province, including the production, processing and distribution of food products within the province. As a result, there are reports from numerous meetings taken throughout different cities in BC from various agricultural groups that aided in the different phases of the research report on the entire food system of BC. These records include: bounded reports, transcripts, photographs, correspondence, expense reports, articles, and handwritten notes.
Fonds consists of records pertaining to the winemaking career of Bill Collings. Fonds includes records such as correspondence files, articles and writings, research documents, as well as posters and prints. Fonds contains records both created and received or collected by Bill Collings. This fonds is arranged into three series: 1) Correspondence; 2) Writings; 3) Collected materials.
The fonds consists predominantly of photographic slides depicting the creation and openings of the sculptures, as well as articles discussing the symposium, its intent and outcomes.

Fonds consists of the compiled works and supporting documents of Peter Carl Anderson with reference to his career as playwright, actor, writer, and artist. The fonds is arranged into nine series: Acting; Art; Awards; Correspondence; Photographs; Personal Publicity; Writing; Produced Plays; and Caravan Farm Theatre files.
Fonds consists of records from Quails’ Gate Estate Winery located in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Records in this fonds pertain to the history of the vineyard and the Stewart family, as well as the winery’s business and administration. This fonds includes both analog and born-digital records. Fonds is arranged into four series: 1) Historical; 2) Promotional records; 3) Management records; 4) Winemaking and viticulture.
Fonds consists of certificate of incorporation, board meeting minutes and those of some constituent committees, annual reports, education, marketing, and outreach materials, and digital photography of experimentation sites extracted from optical disc. Print photographs depict locations relevant to the Becker Project and a group portrait. The fonds contains reference material that predates the formation of the corporate creator.

The fonds consists of a single implied series of sound captures relating to broadcasts, which is comprised of one reel-to-reel tape recording. The recording captures W.A.C. Bennett’s funeral on February 27, 1979 in Kelowna, B.C. Bennett was the Premier of British Columbia from 1952-1972.
The Alcuin Society Fonds reflects the activities of the society since its creation in 1965. The series consists predominantly of textual records, including administrative records, financial records, reports, correspondence, newsletters and promotional material. Also included are photographs, published material, brochures, and memorabilia. Correspondence is predominant throughout the fonds and in each series it is interfiled with related records.
