The booklet contains portraits of both Sun Yat-sen and Chiang Kai-shek. There are also several photos of convention members, including an official attendee photo, as well as numerous photos showing dining and discourse. There is an appeal made by convention members asking President Eisenhower from meeting a People's Republic of China delegation in Geneva. Included in the pamphlet are the convention minutes as well as a list of donors and donation amounts to the kuomindang. On the cover there is a stamp that states the pamphlet is a "classified party document."
