File contains Canadian Pacific Steamships Limited quarantine cards, a ship's menu, two wine lists from the ship, newspaper clippings regarding their voyage, as well as correspondence regarding their travel arrangements, a manuscript letter on Empress of Asia letterhead by Mrs. Tapping regarding their trip, and a letter regarding a visit aboard the Empress of Britain written by Mrs. Tapping's daughter, Regina.

C.P. R.M.S. Empress of Russia photographs

This album which was assembled by Dr. W. B. Chung consists of photographs of the C.P. R.M.S. Empress of Russia and its service as an ocean liner, an armed merchant cruiser in the First World War and as a war transport ship in the Second World War. The album also includes a news clippings concerning the fire that destroyed the ship, a photograph of the ship on fire, and a photograph of the ship after the fire.
