The Plaintiff was employed and under contract to build a chiveck at New Westminster for the erection of which he required the cargo. Plaintiff had to lay off his workmen and has been deprived of profits which would have accrued to him from the delivery of the said stone. Plaintiff claims $2,000 for losses.
