The fonds consists of a report of coordination efforts between the University of British Columbia Departments of Education and Agriculture (1917), Convocation programs (1926), miscellaneous Senate records relating to funding cutbacks (1931-1933) and materials from the Student Publicity Campaign (1931-1932).

The fonds consists of Gibbard's research notes for his M.A. thesis entitled, "The History of the Fraser Valley, 1808-1885" (ca. 1937), copies of his book reviews (1974-1986), a typescript of "Living together in our modern world" and other material collected by Gibbard.

Fonds consists of materials documenting the lives and careers of Lorne and May Brown and includes two self-published biographies (Lorne Brown Remembered and May Brown – A collection of stories), four photographs of Lorne Brown, a newspaper clipping about Camp Deka, and some of Lorne Brown’s UBC personnel records.
