The second, entitled 'A New Industrial Town for the Lower Fraser Valley' was completed by Robert Williams in April 1957. The last, entitled, 'Property Taxation and Urban Development-- Effects of the Property Tax on City Growth and Change' by Mary Rawson was completed in 1961 for the Urban Land Institute.
