Album consists of photographs depicting of C.P.R. President, W. M. Neal's western inspection tour, accompanied by the Board of Directors of the C.P.R. in 1947. The album includes the president and board members in trains, train yards, stations, Canadian Pacific aircraft, and the Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. There is also related ephemera in the album.

This album, which was assembled by Dr. W. B. Chung, consists of photographs, newspaper clippings and ephemera related to the first C.P. R.M.S. Empress of Canada, its voyages, particularly its trips around the world, its crew, and its service during the Second World War.

This album consists of a file folder that held pictures mounted on card for the British Columbia Provincial Museum's 1985 exhibition titled The New Highway to the Orient : The Canadian Pacific in British Columbia, 1885-1985. An inscription: "To Wally with my sincere thanks, Bob" is on the inner right side of the folder with a picture of the builder's model of the C.P. R.M.S. Empress of Asia mounted on the folder's verso. The file folder was presented to Dr. W. B. Chung by the museum, curator Robert Turner, in acknowledgement of his assistance in the preparation of the exhibition. Included are two complimentary tickets to the exhibition.

Reports, letters, newspaper clippings, and other textual and graphic material related to Captain George Goold

File contains Goold's 1901 Apprentice's Indenture and several letters of reference, clippings related to Goold, the signed report of the Empress of Russia's first officer, C. H. Belton, on the fire that destroyed the Empress of Russia, Goold's weekly reports to Captain R. N. Stuart, general manager of Canadian Pacific Steamships Limited, regarding the salvage operations carried out on the Empress of Russia in September and October of 1945, and a manuscript list and a form itemizing personal effects lost by Goold as a result of the fire.

Photographs World Tour

This album consists of the photographs of landscapes, buildings, people, and ships taken on a world tour in the 1890's. Included are photographs of the first C.P. R.M.S. Empress of India coaling in Japan as well as pictures of its deck and passengers. There are also a few photographs of the British Columbia Packing Company's Phoenix Cannery on the Fraser River and of Stanley Park in Vancouver, BC.

Photographs taken on the occasion of the launch by H. R. H. the Prince of Wales of the Canadian Pacific super liner Empress of Britain at Clydebank, Glasgow

This album consists of photographs of the launching of the second C.P. R.M.S. Empress of Britain by the H.R.H. The Prince of Wales in Glasgow, Scotland. The album includes several photographs of H.R.H. The Prince of Wales with Edward W. Beatty, Chairman of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, and Lord Aberconway and Sir Thomas Bell, the Chairman and Managing Director of John Brown and Company, the company responsible for the construction of the ship.

Album consists of photographs from Western Canada, but primarily of scenes and people in Gleichen, Alberta. The album has photographs of C.P.R. railroad locomotives and stations. The creator of the album is unidentified although he identifies family members in a number of photographs and was perhaps a C.P.R. employee or was a relative of C.P.R. employees.

Album consists of photographs of Victoria, Esquimalt and the Saanich Peninsula in British Columbia. The photographs include depictions of a C.P.R. railroad trestle bridge in British Columbia, a portrait of a Chinese--Canadian, and a photo of the first C.P. R.M.S. Empress of Japan steamship. There is also related ephemera in the ten ribbons, ten badges, five pins, three buttons, two postage stamps, a medal, a cloth flower and a cedar twig, collected during the First World War perhaps by a member of the 6th Cyclist Battalion, The Royal Sussex Regiment, Canadian Contingent.

Album consists of photographs relating to the first C.P. R.M.S. Empress of Australia and the second C.P. R.M.S. Empress of Britain's world tours, likely assembled by a female crew member of these ships. Included are photographs of Yokohama, Japan after the earthquake in 1923 and photographs relating to King George VI's tour of Canada in 1939.
