Correspondence

This series consists of letters delivered to a specific person or a group. Series includes printed letters, email, postcards, and telegrams.

Ephemera

This series contains culturally, historically, and/or politically significant non-commercial publications primarily focused on specific events or topics. Contents includes pamphlets, photographs, calendars, posters, catalogues, forms, and tickets. Events documented include performing arts concerts, Korean Language School (Vancouver) records and photographs, rallies and committee meetings about the Japan Fingerprinting Law, and Korean Society of Vancouver membership forms, among others.

Grey Literature

This series consists of publications with limited distribution and with subject matter of a professional and often academic nature. Series includes teaching materials, reports, and conference proceedings.

Manuscripts

This series consists of hand-written or unpublished documents. Series includes hand-written letters, diaries, ledgers, minutes, speeches, marked or corrected galley or page proofs, manuscript books, and legal papers.

Multimedia

This series consists of works that combine sound, images, and text. Series includes CDs, DVDs, cassette tapes and VHS cassettes.

Newspaper Clippings

This series contains articles or photographs cut from newspapers or magazines that pertain to the Korean-Canadian community in some way. Newspapers frequently excerpted are the Koreanna, the Korean Times Toronto, and the Korean Canadian News.

Personal Documents

This series contains personal documents issued or created by and about a specific person or a group. Series includes certificates, CVs/resumes, government-issued documents, organization records, and personal identifications.

Serials

This series contains materials from continuing publications issued in installments, typically numbered and dated. Series includes magazines, newsletters, and newspapers.
