Artifacts series

Series consists of artifacts from St. John’s University in Taiwan, world reunions of the Johanneans, and St. John’s University Alumni Associations, including badges for the world reunions and souvenir caps, cups, T-shirts, ring, crystal artworks, magnifiers, key chain watch, paper weight and gift flag. Box 6 contains hard artifacts (e.g. non-fabric materials), while box 7 contains soft artifacts (e.g. fabric materials).

DVDs series

Series consists of DVDs pertaining to the Johanneans’ activities, including world reunions. Series is arranged into twelve files.

Journals series

Series consists of journals about Shanghai No.3 Girls’ High School, The East China University of Politics and Law, St. John’s University, East China Normal University in China and St. John’s & St. Mary’s Institute of Technology in Taiwan. The above-mentioned schools are related to St. John’s University. Some journals also mark the 125th and 130th anniversary of St. John’s University and the World Reunions of Johanneans. A newsletter catalogue is available. Series is arranged into nineteen files.

Magazines series

Series consists of biographies and news reports of famous Johanneans. Most magazines were published by WST Media Group Inc. between 2007 and 2009. Series is arranged into four files.

Multimedia materials series

Series consists of tapes, VHS tapes, and DVDs about the Johanneans. The tapes are part of the living memory oral history project. The interviews were conducted with Johanneans by interviewer Aaron Tam, a St. John’s College resident from Hong Kong. The interviews are conducted in both English and Chinese. Series is arranged into six files.

Newsletters series

Series consists of newsletters about the Johanneans from Australia, Beijing, Eastern U.S., Guangdong, Harbin, Hong Kong, Nanjing, New York, Northern California, Shanghai, Southern California, Tianjin and Vancouver. Some are from St. John’s University Medical Alumni Association in North America. The Series is arranged into thirty-eight files.

Fonds consists of records reflecting the Johanneans’ activities, ultimately spanning approximately from 1879 to current, predominant 1990 to 2015. These records are arranged in roughly chronological order. Textual records in the collection primarily consist of books, journals, magazines, newsletters, newspaper clippings, rosters, materials pertaining to St. Mary’s, materials to the St. John’s College principals, and unbound materials.The collection is arranged into the following nineteen series: newsletters, journals, artifacts, stamps, magazines, world reunions, tickets, St. John’s College, rosters, CDs, DVDs, multimedia materials, photographs, negatives, St. John’s & St. Mary’s Institute of Technology, St. John’s College principals, Shanghai archives, unbound materials and books.
