It reads: "I find that the library of our department has 3 copies of this most interesting report by Major Burwash and there is also a copy in the National Archives, Geological Survey Museum, and RCMP libraries. Ottawa is therefore provided. It seems to me that other research libraries such as the University of Toronto would wish to have a copy, perhaps Prof. Carpenter. Our librarian was unable to suggest a price as he calls it a 'collection item'."
