The fonds consists of Board minutes 1913-1963 (8 reels of microfilm); minutes of open Board meetings, 1975-1994; records arising from the investigation and subsequent report of Judge Peter Lampman (1931-32); Alumni Development Fund records (1948-1949) in a scrapbook; correspondence and manuscript relating to the history of the university (1953-1961).

The collection consists of records generated by the Canadian Officers' Training Corps (UBC) and the 196th Western Universities Battalion. Except for the Daily Orders volumes and the Air Force's annual reports, the bulk of the remaining material relates to World War I and the UBC Roll of Service. The photographs and photo albums, the albums include memorabilia and photos, depict World War II and post-war activities.

The fonds consists of handwritten minutes from a special meeting (March 1917) of the Class of 1916 at which members discussed the possibility of establishing an Alumni Association. Also included are two scrapbooks. The first, assembled by A. Irene (Vermilyea) Menzies in 1972, provides information about the class's members after graduation, university faculty, and the early history of the university, handwritten with newspaper clippings. The second scrapbook includes biographical information about early UBC graduates from 1916 to 1922 – handwritten, with clippings from Annual yearbooks.

The fonds consists of manuscripts of Topping's articles and reports in the fields of sociology and criminology; drafts of his stories and poetry; examples of questionnaires and other material from his research projects; and scrapbooks and other autobiographical materials. The records include manuscripts, correspondence, forms, and clippings and other published materials.

The fonds consists of records from International House (1955-1963) and the Board of Trustees of the International House Association (1953-1963) as well as assorted printed material generated by International House. The Collection also includes a scrapbook of early advertising memorabilia (1895-1900), a history of UBC's Department of Psychology, collected material pertaining to the Axis powers during World War II and an unidentified diary.

The fonds consists of records from the Fraser River Model Project (1949-1962); the Vancouver Harbour and Burrard Inlet Model Project (1953-1956); materials generated in teaching and taking UBC engineering courses (1922-1972), academic materials generated outside of the UBC system, and miscellaneous engineering projects that Pretious participated in his time at UBC (1942-1977). The records have been separated into six different series. Reports and memoranda which were issued as a series have been arranged in series order, but other items were filed arbitrarily under the two projects and have been maintained this way.

Fonds consists of a scrapbook of prize-winning models created between 1961 and 1964 and sponsored by the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. presented to the Engineering Undergraduate Society.

Fonds consists of various revised constitutions, minutes, annual reports of the Club, its committees and interest groups, financial records (including bound ledgers), correspondence, membership lists, newsletters, programmes (including photographs used in their production), a videotape of the Club's 75th-anniversary banquet, and scrapbooks. The increase in Club membership parallels the growth and development of the University. The records reflect many of the changes which have taken place over the years. They provide an insight into the concerns and activities of educated women through two world wars and the depression and record some of their contributions to university life.
