Includes provenance information and research regarding Sawyer's private collection of art and artefacts including sales records, photographs, inventories, catalogues and correspondence.

The fonds consists of correspondence, publication manuscripts and offprints, lecture, course notes and research files. The records offer extensive evidence of Scott's activities of teaching, research, publications and involvement with various government economic commissions. Also included are photographs (most of which are included in two scrapbooks), and a CD containing digital versions of much of Scott's written work since 1980.

The collection consists of photocopied research notes pertaining to British Columbia salmon canneries, documents collected from the Department of Marine and Fisheries and a copy of an index to the microfilmed records of the Department of Fisheries.

The collection consists of twenty-two UBC Football programs collected by Bob Hindmarch from 1951-1992. The file also contains an article by Athletics Historian Fred Hume on Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip's first football game and a short biography of Dr. Bob Hindmarch.
The second box was donated separately. The greatest extent of materials includes photographs. Also included is a folder of research materials, including newspaper clippings a VHS on Thunderbirds in China, 1974. As well as a DVD of the BC Hockey Hall of Fame, 2012 and a Hall of Fame Hockey Plaque presented to Hindmarch on that occasion.

The fonds consists of typewritten research notes relating to historical sources of information about salmon canning in British Columbia.

Fonds consists of 20 lab notebooks (1966-1970) containing notes from Caroline Astell’s Ph.D. studies. The notebooks include the results of her studies with Michael Smith in the area of oligonucleotides beginning about May 1968.

Fonds consists of materials which document and reflect Charles Humphries' involvement with the Historic Sites and Monuments Board, and the Provincial Heritage Advisory Board. The materials include correspondence, reports, minutes (published and unpublished), and agenda papers (published and unpublished). Research materials include typed notes from newspaper articles, photocopies of newspaper articles, papers, transcripts and photocopies from various Canadian and British archives, and copies of death and birth certificates. Fonds also includes some biographical materials. The fonds consists of field notebooks, reference materials and a forestry report written by Marchant. Of particular note to UBC is Marchant’s research in the summer of 1979 on the botany of the cliffs at Point Grey.

The fonds consists of Cyril Belshaw's personal and professional papers. The professional records chronicle both his involvement in numerous local, national, and international organizations (including the Academic Board for Higher Education in British Columbia, the Regional Training Centre for United Nations Fellows, the Social Science Research Council of Canada, the Pacific Sciences Association, UNESCO, and the Canadian Sociology and Anthropology Association), and his teaching and administrative activities at UBC. The records also include his original research material and data into various groups in the South Pacific, and other topics in anthropology. More personal records related to his education and family. Also included are materials about the disappearance and subsequent inquiry into the death of Betty Joy Belshaw. The materials include meeting minutes, course materials, publications, manuscripts, research journals, personal diaries and agendas, financial statements, press clippings, photographs, maps and audio-visual materials.
