The album also includes a news clippings concerning the fire that destroyed the ship, a photograph of the ship on fire, and a photograph of the ship after the fire.

There is also related ephemera in the ten ribbons, ten badges, five pins, three buttons, two postage stamps, a medal, a cloth flower and a cedar twig, collected during the First World War perhaps by a member of the 6th Cyclist Battalion, The Royal Sussex Regiment, Canadian Contingent.
