The fonds also consists of correspondence written and received by Albert's father, Rev. Walter A. Cooke, including correspondence with Emily Carr. The fonds also include correspondence, photographs, clippings, and biographical material created by or relating to the Brender á Brandis family, a family of artists and writers with which Albert and Beatrice Cooke were acquainted. Fonds consists of two series: Brender á Brandis family (1963-1987) and the Cooke family (1860-1981).
