Series contains photographs from the British Columbia Manufacturers Lumber Association. Material consists of one photo album depicting logging and sawmills on and near Queen’s Charlotte’s Island, B.C. These photographs also depict timber company edifices, and photographs of loggers.

The materials consist predominantly of committee meeting minutes including: the Executive Committee meeting minutes, Forestry Committee meeting minutes, meeting minutes for the Queen Elizabeth Arboretum committee, Safety committee meeting minutes, Traffic committee meeting minutes, and Company Comptroller meeting minutes. The records also include the Queen Elizabeth Arboretum agreements.

Series consists of membership agreements between the Canadian Pulp and Paper Association, and the Pacific Mill Limited, Powell River Company Limited, Canadian Forest Products Limited, Sidney Roofing & Paper Company Limited, British Columbia Pulp & Paper Company Limited, and Bloedel, Stewart & Welch Limited.

Sous-fonds reflects the organization, function, and activities of the Consolidated Red Cedar Shingles Association of British Columbia (CRCSA). Materials include circulars generated by the association, correspondence on the topic of shingles, reports on shingle production on the Pacific Coast, cost of shingles, and history of shingle control, projects including one dedicated to the Cedar Canoe Exhibit in Staley Park, transcripts from the Sloan Commission, briefs, bulletins, scrapbooks with forestry related articles pasted on the pages, lists of shingle mills, financial records, advertising and trademark records relating to Edgewood and minutes of the associations committees.

Series contains trade agreements and agreements between associations and companies with the Consolidated Red Cedar and Shingle Association of British Columbia. The material consists of correspondence and memoranda regarding the trade agreements with the United States, duty and quota of Red Cedar Shingles on the market, revisions to the trade agreement, the association’s by-laws and the Companies Act for the Red Cedar Shingle Export Association.
