File contains a photo album with photos taken across Canada, with many focusing on a conference from 1988 in Newfoundland. There are also tourist pamphlets within the album.

File contains an Audiodisc brand lacquer record with a recording of Alice Windt and Verna Braden being interviewed by Frances Baldwin at the 1957 Federated Women's Institute Convention.

File contains a copy of A Century of Achievement, a program from the 1994 Federated Women's Institutes of Canada (FWIC) Convention, and a listing of the B.C. Women's Institute branch files.

Women's Institute

File contains a booklet on Laws for Women and Children in British Columbia and an invitation from Parks Canada and the Historic Sites and Monuments Board to the unveiling of a plaque commemorating Margaret Watt.

File contains assorted materials related to the BCWI at the provincial level, including photographs, reports, newspaper clippings and programs.

Misc

File contains pamphlets, comments from the 2009 annual general meeting, an essay on the future of the BCWI, a report on the organization of Women's Institutes, and the schedule, summary, and report on the �Agriculture in the Classroom� program.

British Columbia Grapegrowers’ Association fonds

Fonds consists of certificate of incorporation, board meeting minutes and those of some constituent committees, annual reports, education, marketing, and outreach materials, and digital photography of experimentation sites extracted from optical disc. Print photographs depict locations relevant to the Becker Project and a group portrait. The fonds contains reference material that predates the formation of the corporate creator.

Four published books arrived with the fonds; these have been separated and catalogued – please see bibliography for details.

Fresh Market Guide

File contains an article put together titled "Fresh Market Grape Production: Best Practices Guide in British Columbia". Chapters include information on Grape varieties, vineyard establishments, nutrition and irrigation, crop protection, etc.

Family correspondence

Series consists of correspondence records from the Whitham, Clements, and Zoellner families. Correspondence includes those that were received by various family members as well as those that were sent among family member. Series includes records such as letters, postcards, official documents, and ephemera. Some photos are pasted into pages of text and have not yet been separated. All photos, even those associated with correspondence files have been numbered as part of the family photographs series (12.2).

File contains funeral program, a copy of the last will & testament of William John Zoellner, identification cards for William John Zoellner and diplomas for William John Zoellner from UBC.

Slides of Dorothy Zoellner

File contains photographs specifically of Dorothy Zoellner, including life events (graduation, first house, first baby) and a subfile of Clements family photographs and postcards in blue envelope. Two envelopes from Ribelin photo studio, one dated to around the time of Dorothy Zoellner's birth. One envelope labelled "Dorothy" with negatives.

File contains photographs, programs, Dorothy Zoellner’s teaching tag, a postcard, slides, a sticker, and newspaper clippings.
