File contains material relating to research conducted by the Forest History Association of British Columbia concerning the individual, Ray Williston. Contents include correspondence, 2 photographs and 5 cassette tapes (SPC-037 - SPC-042) containing recorded interview with Williston.

Photographs BC-2150-0300 to BC-2150-0301 depict Williston at Tom Wright's tree farm in 2000, and are also notated on the reverse by researchers of the FHABC.

Defendants Hoffman and Hoffman claim that the said Bill was not given in respect of any business or other transaction of the firm and therefore defend that they are not indebted to the Plaintiff for the said amount.
