The fonds consists of textual and photographic records relating to personal, business and financial matters of the Wilkinson family and their lives in British Columbia in the twentieth century. The fonds includes individual photographs and a photograph album depicting locations of the lower mainland and Vancouver Island, student group photographs and images of family members and individuals. The textual records pertain to the personal correspondence of the members of the Wilkinson family, school records, an appointment book, a diary, sketchbooks of international travel, personal financial records and statistical records relating to British Columbia logging practices.

Fonds consist of records relating to the organization and operation of the History Articulation Committee, the activities of Dr. Robert A.J. MacDonald as Chairman of the History Articulation Committee and the involvement of Professor William A. Sloan as a representative of Selkirk College and secretary of the HAC. Records include incoming and outgoing correspondence, memos, minutes of meetings, reports, handbooks, newsletters, conference schedules, and newspaper clippings about curriculum and college transfer related issues.

The fonds in arranged into three series: Operational files (1969-2001); Chairman files (1982-1893); and the Secretary files (1969-1999).

The fonds is divided into eight series: Association involvement and general interest; Interview recordings; Photographs and maps; "Monday Morning" magazine issues; Literary activities; NDP campaigns materials; Materials related to Ronald Liversedge; and Gold dust on his shirt publication records. The Gold dust series is further subdivided into Publication records and Research records.

The fonds includes research notes, notebooks, file cards, photocopied materials from various sources, correspondence (with publishers, research subjects, colleagues, librarians and archivists), drafts of Howard's books and essays, biographical materials, newsletters, magazines, newspaper clippings, articles, pamphlets, brochures, photographs and cassette tapes.

Records consist of two copies of the film on reels, a shot book containing copies of historical photographs and correspondence, contracts and other textual records related to the production and promotion of the film, and a teacher’s manual and study guide.
