Also found in the file is a copy of an "Application of the Special Prosecutor that Directs Indictments Be Preferred in the Matters of Criminal Charges Laid Against David Stupich, Elizabeth Marlow, Marjorie Boggs, Joseph Denofreo and Democrat Publications Ltd." from the NCHS case.
