Arrangement
The series is arranged and described in two alphabetical sequences based on the University of British Columbia Rare Books and Special Collections Department’s initial arrangement of Colbeck’s manuscripts, which physically divided loose manuscripts from boxed and bound records. Colbeck identified and described the loose manuscripts of the first alphabetical sequence in this series by writing on their file folders.
The second alphabetical sequence begins at folder 7-18.
