Several files and items in this fonds were originally glued into scrapbooks and have since been physically removed, placed into file folders, and categorized into series. Other materials have remained glued in the original scrapbooks. In this finding aid, all such materials are described under the Scrapbook series; subseries within the Scrapbook series indicate the categories that each of those items were put into. General notes at the smallest level of description (either file or item) indicate which scrapbook page the file or item has come from. General notes also indicate whether the file or item remains glued in the scrapbook, or has been removed.
