Item is a printing plate from the Victoria Colonist. The printing plate is of a portrait of Kow Sing Chu, the oldest person to be granted Canadian citizenship at the time of printing.

Also transcribed on the box is the following, '洪门某九屆懇[?]會職員相[?]' indicating that the items originally inside the box are portraits of staff working with or in a Freemasons Guild.
