Materials include correspondence, budgets, correspondence with partner and potential partner organization, committee and core group minutes, and research materials for the various committees and teams.

The series contains the year-end reports from the five years of the IIPS project and the final report. It also includes some correspondence related to the production of the reports.

The series contains materials related to the various internal reviews IIPS conducted and the significant external review towards the end of the project. Both the review documents themselves and reports to the review committees are represented. Reviews contain feedback, discussion, and summary.
