The Eureka Silver Mining Company and the Victorian Mining Company v. Mr. Teague

Teague, a collector, advertising the sale of the mining companies' properties due to unpaid taxes of $1,553.75 (Eureka) and $931.25 (Victoria), alleging that the lands are liable to the tax imposed by the Mineral Act of 1878. Plaintiffs allege that the real state is not held under the Act or any other gold mining act. They order to restrain Teague for selling their property and to pay the costs of the suit.

Davies et al v. Patullo

File consists of one document: answers to interrogatories. Case regarding stock in the Leathers Patent Stone Association, Defendant to invest money in the above named company, broke his agreement which had been made without condition for $5,000 worth of stock.

Williams v. Foord

The goods were not delivered in apparent good order and condition to the Plaintiff but were damaged and deteriorated in value, many rendered of no use to the Plaintiff.

Lizzie A. Milsom v. Edward Albert Sharpe, falsely called Sharpe v. Sharpe

File consists of five documents: (2) affidavit of L.A. Milsom; (2) affidavit of Mrs. Woods; petition for a decree of nulling of marriage. Case regards the Plaintiff claiming that herself and the Defendant never lived together or shared a bed. The marriage was never consumated. Mr. Sharpe was frequently intoxicated and abusive towards the petitioner, Ms. Milsom, and she wishes that marriage be immediately annulled. See 18-43 for more.
