An album of photographs by WM. Notman and Son, documenting travel between Winnipeg and Vancouver along the Canadian Pacific Railway. Mostly landscape photographs in the mountains, but also some cityscapes and buildings in Winnipeg. Also included is an original photograph order sheet from WM. [Jock Taylor's Travels]

An album of photographs, possibly assembled by Jock Taylor. At least some of the photos were taken by ‘Bodurtha’. Others were taken by Frederick Dally (many available through Library and Archives Canada). The images are believed to depict travels as part of the British Navy mainly aboard the HMS Zealous. Predominantly taken in 1870 and 1871 in South America, the United States, and British Columbia, it also includes images from Egypt in 1885. The photos are housed in a tattered blue album with the images glued onto the pages. Many photos include captions, though the writing is fading, and sometimes is recopied more legibly.

[Sailor's Photo Album]

A photo album, with a few loose images tucked in, believed to be kept by a sailor in the navy, likely stationed in Comox or Esquimalt, British Columbia. It includes a number of images from around the world including many of ships and navy crew. Also a few images of an apparent train journey in the Canadian Rockies. Some of the locations are unknown. The album is missing its back cover and only small portions are still bound together at the spine.
