This group was formed about 1961 to address relevant issues and to keep informed of matters relevant to the work of occupational nurses. It conducted relevant courses such as First Aid and counselling, and generally promoted professional development for their members, particularly through the invitation of guest speakers to their meetings. Some political lobbying for their group took place. Social events were also held.
The group has since been dissolved.
