Several major subjects appear in these images: scenes of BC and the Yukon (including some related to Brown's directorships), scenes of Brown's Vancouver residence at 5850 Kingston Rd., scenes of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953, scenes of Hawaii, and scenes of functions hosted by the Browns.
There are 10 commercially printed reels in this set, which cover the coronation, scenes of Hawaii, and scenes of medieval Bruges.

Some of the photographs on the reels are extremely faded. Not all reels have a full set of 7 photographs, though this appears to be original, where only a few photographs were left on the spool of film.
