Series contains records relating to the reorganization and governance of the Council of Forest Industries. Material consists of organization’s mission and mandate, strategic plan, goals and activities, organizational plans, descriptions about COFI positions and departments, questions about the future direction of the organization, staff development seminar documents, documents concerning issues faced by COFI during the 1990s, and the documents regarding the reorganization of the organization.
