The fonds consists of office files, log books, minutes, posters and buttons. The office files consist mainly of correspondence, including that with the Canadian Peace Congress and the World Peace Council, and printed material. Some of the correspondence include the Pacific National Exhibition.

The collection consists of subject files including photocopied and manuscript notes and sources, correspondence, research data, computer printout and input material, reports, financial records, and photographs relalting to the Royal Commission on B.C. Railway (1977).

The fonds consists of the records of the B.C. Youth Parliament dating from its first session in 1924. The fonds consists of records created and received by the B.C. Government Agent at 150 Mile House in the Cariboo region of the province. Fonds includes correspondence, tax assessment book, telegram originals, and postal receipts.

The fonds consists of material from the British Columbia Lawn Bowling Association, the British Columbia Ladies Lawn Bowling Association (and its predecessor the Dogwood Lawn Bowling Association), and the Ladies' Lawn Bowling Association of British Columbia. The fonds includes records of the International Military Tribunal for the Far East (1946-47). It includes trial transcripts, biographical information on defendants, prosecution evidence, and copies of contemporary news accounts and interpretations of the trials. Research notes including printed materials, photographs, ephemera, and interview transcripts used for the writing of hundreds of short articles, news programmes, and full-length books (manuscripts also included in the collection), correspondence, and radio programme transcripts reflect Conde's integral involvement in Asian foreign affairs.

The fonds consists of audio cassettes of interviews (100) with a variety of personalities (79) from the fields of entertainment, politics, and the professions relating to their careers and issues of the day recorded on radio talk show programmes at KSFO San Francisco (1), CKNW Vancouver (57), KGO San Francisco (10), CJOR Vancouver (23), WNIS Norfolk (3), XRA San Diego (5), and KCBS San Francisco (1) from 1960 to 1990. Some of the tapes include questions from listeners to the talk show guests. The people interviewed by Art Finley included some of the prominent personalities and newsmakers of the 1970s and early 1980s: Mohammed Ali, Joan Baez, Bill Graham, Germaine Greer, Henry Heimlich, Yousuf Karsh, John Lennon, Henry Morgentaler, Huey Newton, Pierre Trudeau, and Gore Vidal.

The fonds consists of curators' reports (1925-1937), presidential addresses (1932-1958) and assorted publications and printed material.

The fonds consists of correspondence files including founding operations and editorial issues; project files include planning and production of books (collaborations with I. H.
