The fonds consists of photocopies of minute books of the Gay Alliance Toward Equality (1971-1980), photocopies of selected items in the files of the organization and a list of files created by G.A.T.E. The fonds consists of two series: Administrative Files and Subject Files. The Administrative Files series consists of meeting minutes, correspondence, financial statements, and the constitution and policies and principles guidelines for the organization. The Subject Files series contains files of a variety of subjects with which the Gay Alliance Toward Equality dealt.

The fonds consists of manuscript notebooks as well as handwritten and typewritten copies of his poetry.

The fonds consists of personal and family records including letters (1891-1907), postcards (1905-1951), sixty photographs, household accounts (1920-1924), diaries (1915-1916) and documents relating to various activities of the Langley family.

The fonds consists of correspondence between E. Herbert Norman and his family (1922-1957), Norman's will and photographs of him and other family members. There are also articles about his career and other biographical information gathered for tributes after his death. Also included are materials generated by his brother Howard Norman.

The fonds consists of records pertaining to her life and pottery work in the form of correspondence (1931-1977), clippings, printed material, photographs, and diaries. The fonds also includes information on the Allied Officers Club of Vancouver. Correspondence with her husband, Dr. H.R.L. Davis, includes over 500 letters (1940-1944) and includes information about the Canadian armed forces in Britain.

The fonds consists of incoming letters from W. Bell Scott and F.G. Stephens to Mr. and Mrs. Hunt (Edith Holman Hunt), as well as subject files containing information concerning the relationship between Hunt and Stephens.
The letters here included from William Bell Scott were found in the Penkill Papers and those from Frederic George Stephens were extracted from the Angeli-Dennis Papers.

The fonds consists of biographical information, diaries (1962-1966), manuscripts, correspondence and collected historical material pertaining to the Haney Agricultural Association (1906-1962), Fraser Valley Japanese Language School (1920-1953), Nipponia Home (1941-1969) and the Japanese Canadian United Church (1919-1966).

The Exhibit Archive consists of the evidence submitted by 51 Plaintiffs regarding the land claim area, and materials submitted by the Defense relating to the underlying title of the Crown to these lands. Textual records include correspondence, by-laws, land titles and drafts, research documents, affidavits, cross-examination transcripts, legal documents and reports, published material, genealogy charts, collections of sacred oral traditions, copies of records from the Hudson’s Bay Company and early settlers, written accounts of oral histories, trap-line data, expert testimonies of anthropologists, historians, linguists, biologists, and archaeologists, including all the background materials used by lawyers in the case. Other non-textual materials include maps and overlays, photographs, sound recordings of oral histories and songs, and audio-visual materials.
