File contains agreements, news clippings, correspondence and other records of AUCE Local 3 (Notre Dame University) related to contractual negotiations with the university, dated August 1974 to November 1975. Agreements are between the Board of Governors of Notre Dame University of Nelson and AUCE Local 3, dated November 14, 1974 and September 29, 1975. File also includes proposed classifications and salary grade, and bulletin regarding defunding of Notre Dame University.

File contains Local reports and other records dated June 18, 1980. Records include Local monthly reports from June 1979 to June 1980, Local annual reports to the 7th annual convention, a report from the British Columbia Students' Federation, reports from SORWUC, and reports from the Labour Advocacy and Research Association (LARA). Across Campus Volume 1, Issue 5, November 26, 1973 includes information on the membership drive, the AUCE party, notice of special membership meeting, renting office space, the question of including VGH Faculty of Medicine in the bargaining unit, probation and salary scale, and a list of division organizers.
Across Campus Volume 1, Issue 6, December 31, 1973 includes information on the status of the AUCE, notice of membership meeting, establishing a steward structure and contract committee, donations, key points of the constitution and bylaws, an update on certification, negotiation of the initial contract, compulsory dues, retroactive pay and job reclassification, preparing for negotiations with university administration, a tentative division structure, and temporary employees being denied holidays.

The fonds consists of four series – Personal Materials series, Bollert Family series, Artifacts series, and Photographs series. They feature correspondence to and from members of the Bollert Family, information and notes used in speeches on various subjects to various groups given by Mary Bollert, collected newspaper clippings relating to members of the Bollert family, as well as several personal diaries and notebooks. The documents focus on the immediate family of Mary Bollert and include records she collected. The fonds also consists of 512 photographs, many of them portraits of members of the Bollert family.

Collection consists of Barbara Gibson’s correspondence, manuscript, notes, and a notebook. The bulk of the research materials also contains photocopies of letters, newspapers clippings, journals and books, as well as photographs relating to Sister Mary Gonzaga.

Fonds consists of meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, meeting notices and agendas, copies of agreements, newsletters, newspaper clippings and printed materials about issues and activities the Association was involved in and its administration. The records are arranged in seven series: Executive Meetings and Related Materials; Correspondence and Related Materials; Annual General Meetings; Extraordinary General Meetings; Newsletters and Related Materials; External Organizations; Subject Files.

The collection consists of correspondence, reports, and newspaper clippings that document the creation and development of BCMC. The materials include photocopies of twenty-seven BCMC task force reports initially released in 1974, each of which addresses a specific aspect of health care in British Columbia. Also included are reports on proposals for the BCMC/Shaughnessy site, and related correspondence, clippings, and reports.

Fonds consists of Dr. Whittaker’s records as a member of the SSFC and MOST. It includes records of the meetings of various committees, councils, and panels in which Dr. Whittaker attended as well as records of various issues and topics related to SSFC and MOST activities.
