The 2002, 2006, 2008, 2011, and 2014 accruals also included copies of Blades’ published works. All printed materials have been integrated with the library collections and are searchable via the UBC catalogue.

Since at least 2006, the creator has for many files left annotations or descriptions, which have been kept with the records. The 2011 accrual was well-organized and carefully labelled by Blades before it was officially gifted to the University of British Columbia in 2011. As a result, all file names are based upon the titles devised by the creator. Within each file, Blades grouped related materials and indicated the subject of the grouping with a labelled paper wrapper which she folded around a collection of documents. These paper wrappers have been preserved. File contents have been retained in their original order.

The collection documents Mark Thompson's involvement in the arbitration of labour disputes in British Columbia. It consists of published conference proceedings (1967-1979), copies of various collective agreements, arbitration and mediation case files (1973-1988), and reviews of the Employment Standards Act (1990-1996), and includes correspondence, reports, legal documents, notes, and published materials.

The fonds consists of the miscellaneous correspondence and reports relating to the establishment of the Department of Food Sciences.

The research collection consists of interviews conducted for a published biography on Grace MacInnis. Interviewees include Dave Barrett, Rosemary Brown, Cliff Scotton, Harold Winch, and Bruce Woodsworth. She also collected speeches made by Grace MacInnis in the House of Commons as printed by Hansard, 1966-1974.

Fonds consists of records documenting the administration of TRIUMF and includes Board of Management minutes and meeting dockets, committee minutes, and reports. Also included are reports and published proposals documenting the origins and ongoing development of TRIUMF. The records are arranged in the following series: Board of Management, Finance Committee, Audit Committee, and Reports.

Fonds consists of personal and professional materials of Ward’s related to his career. The fonds is divided into four series: Project series (1980-2020); Publications and Conferences (1966-2009); Teaching and Research Materials (1992-2003), and Correspondence series (1978-2001).

Fonds consists of correspondence relating to Butterfield's tenure as editor of Canadian Books in Prints (1966-1967) and the journal Canadian Literature (1971-1973).

Fonds consists of research and teaching materials, reports, publications, speeches, correspondence, interviews, written memoirs, and other documents related to Reed's career in the forestry industry.

Series have been imposed by the archivist according to Reed's roles in Canadian government and forestry legislation, consulting in the private sector, research and instruction in the Faculty of Forestry at UBC, and expert testimony in forestry-related court cases, respectively. Unless otherwise noted, file names and order as they were given by the records creator have been respected.

An accrual in Box 7 consists of files relating to the period when the adult education program restructured to become the Department of Administrative, Adult and Higher Education. The most recent accrual documents a joint programme between UBC and Fundacao Instituto de Radiodifusao Educativa da Bahia in Brazil.

The fonds consist of Bewley's academic and professional work, including several papers written and supervised by her. It also includes the records from several professional associations to which Bewley belonged. These include; the Library Development Commission (1971), The Fraser Valley Regional Library Committee (the 1970s), the B.C. Centennial Citizen's Conference on Libraries (1971), for which Bewley served as chair of the Programs Committee, and the Association of B.C. Librarians (1968-1969), later the BCLA (1980s).

Fonds consists of 20 lab notebooks (1966-1970) containing notes from Caroline Astell’s Ph.D. studies. The notebooks include the results of her studies with Michael Smith in the area of oligonucleotides beginning about May 1968.

The fonds consists of records created and collected by Jackie Maniago which includes records associated with her involvement in various advocacy efforts in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Canada.

In particular, the fonds includes records related to the Community Living movement, deinstitutionalization in British Columbia, and advocating for the rights of persons who are intellectually disabled.

The fonds consists of records created by or collected by Ian Waddell during his legal and political career. It contains six series: Community law, Mackenzie Valley Pipeline Commission, Federal politics, Provincial politics, Select Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs, and International works.Three series follow Waddell's career path (Community law, Provincial politics and Federal politics). The International work series spans both provincial and federal timelines and therefore is its own series. The Mackenzie Valley Pipeline Inquiry and Select Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs are series that represent two important landmarks of Waddell's career that dealt with important environmental and aboriginal issues.

Files are often subject focused, although some pertain to meetings, events, and organizations. Subject files typically contain multiple document types, including correspondence, published and draft reports, speeches and lectures, press clippings, published copies and drafts of legislation, notes, news releases, and itineraries and agendas.

These files were received following the completion of Waddell's memoir, which is noteworthy due to the potential influence on his arrangement of files, the contents of some files, as well as the intermittent inclusion of some records well outside the predominant date range of a series or file.

The fonds consists of correspondence, memoranda, reports, financial materials, proceedings, research materials, and subject files pertaining to the overall activities of the Institute of Industrial Relations.

The collection consists of 20 audio recordings one of which is a recording of the UBC 50th anniversary commemorative ceremonies on 1 October 1965, and the others being CBC interviews with prominent alumni and former faculty on 7-8 September 1965.

The Alcuin Society Fonds reflects the activities of the society since its creation in 1965. The series consists predominantly of textual records, including administrative records, financial records, reports, correspondence, newsletters and promotional material. Also included are photographs, published material, brochures, and memorabilia. Correspondence is predominant throughout the fonds and in each series it is interfiled with related records.

The fonds consists of sixty-three oral history tapes, card indexes, notebooks and written notes, and published materials relating to Harshenin's research into the Doukhobor language and dialect.

The fonds consists of John Goodwin’s professional career at MacMillan Bloedel. The bulk of the records relate to the Pine Hill, Alabama project by the Linerboard and Packaging Group. Additional records relate to pre-planning and long range studies on viability of production outside of B.C., including the US and UK sites. Several other projects included in this fonds relate to the Powell River region project, the Bag and Specialty division, and the Bulk Packaging division of MacMillan Bloedel. The collection consists of materials collected or acquired from various sources that document the history of the Sopron Division of Forestry and its alumni. In addition, it includes a set of the Kapocs Sopron alumni newsletter.

The fonds consists of field notes and transcripts of interviews with the Dane-zaa gathered between 1965 and 1969.

The fonds consists of notes, manuscripts, drafts, galleys, and correspondence relating to McWhirter's published and unpublished novels, short stories, poetry, and radio plays. It also includes biographical and autobiographical information, non-fiction manuscripts, book reviews, material regarding McWhirter's editorship of "Words from Inside", translation records, teaching material, records relating to his time as Head of the Creative Writing Department and other personal and professional correspondence.

Collection consists of the annotated first draft of Roy’s biography of Sherwood Lett, copies of tributes to Lett published after his death in 1964, and correspondence.

Fonds consists of published and unpublished works, subject files, correspondence, minutes, reports, sound recordings and a photograph relating to Basil Stuart-Stubbs' position as University Librarian and Director of the School of Librarianship (School of Library, Archival and Information Studies) at UBC, his involvement with the UBC Press, and his academic interests and activities. This fonds contains records relating to Cameron MacLeod’s schooling, personal life, and work as an artist. The majority of the material spans from his childhood until his death in 1983, but the fonds also contains records relating to posthumous exhibitions of his artwork. Included in the fonds are schoolwork, personal reflections and journals, correspondence with family and friends, photographs, and examples of his artwork.

The Women's Research Centre fonds consists of eleven series. The records deal with various aspects of women's lives and focus on racial, class, and gendered issues such as pay equity, women in the labour force, sexual harassment, immigration and the gendered effects of cultural transition, isolation, women's health and the Tobacco Industry, wife battering, sexual assault, and the strengths and weaknesses of women's shelters, women and the law, political responses to women's situation, and the development of strategies for changing women's lives. In addition, the Women's Research Centre fonds contains administrative records of the organization. Multiple-media records were created and used by the Women's Research Centre in the course of their research such as textual records, canvass banners, publications, maps, newspapers and newspaper clippings. Records created and used by the Women's Research Centre include the Women's Research Centre and BC Women's Studies Association constitution and mission statement, contracts, grant applications, project proposals, various research guides, surveys, statistics, various outlines, budgets, address lists, handwritten and typed notes, correspondence, facsimiles, discussion papers, extensive interdisciplinary manuscripts and abstracts created by members of the BC Women's Studies Association, extensive questionnaires and interview transcripts, drafts, reports, agendas, memos, briefs, meeting minutes, bulletins, press releases, various financial materials such as bills, receipts, expense claim forms, cheque stubs, invoices, and income and expense sheets, workshop registration and evaluation forms, membership application forms, newspapers, pamphlets, brochures, newsletters, articles, books, log books, bibliographies, purchase orders, literature reviews, and maps.

The fonds primarily includes records that were produced and acquired by Greenpeace Canada, such as research and publications to support their campaigns and projects. Notably, this includes jointly produced documents with other environmental non-governmental organizations (ENGOs) to coordinate their efforts in Clayoquot Sound and the Great Bear Rainforest. The records of Greenpeace International within this fonds reflect their broader campaigns to inform people and shape public opinion to oppose the clearcutting of old growth forests in Canada and elsewhere in the World. Records by Greenpeace Canada primarily include their efforts to cooperate with environmental non-governmental organizations, First Nations, forestry companies, and governments to achieve greater protection for old growth forests. The primary types of records include reports, communications, legal advice, court cases, planning materials, photographs, maps, ephemera, and posters. Most of the records in this fonds produced by Greenpeace Canada is from their Vancouver office. The fonds is organized into the following series: Clayoquot Sound Campaign and Protests (1980-2017), Great Bear Rainforest Campaign and Protests (1980-2017), Forest Stewardship Council (1992-2017), Rainforest Solutions Project (1991-2017), Research and Resource Collection (1979-2017), Ephemera and Posters (1993-2016), Maps (1964-2015), and Multimedia (1988-2007).

Fonds consists of grant proposals, meeting minutes and agenda, correspondence, contracts, course materials, copyright permission forms, conference proceedings, job descriptions and applications, budgets, and employee information related to the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology’s role in course development and facilitation, supervision of graduate students, collaboration with other universities and institutions, and the Centre’s internal administrative functions. CTLT created the records between 1973 and 2007 at the University of British Columbia. The fonds is arranged into 12 series: Grant Allocation, Course Development, Professional Development Courses, Funding, Business, Distance Education Projects, International, Administration, Publicity, Post-Grad Students, Education Research, and Canadian Federal Government.

Fonds contains materials arising from Anna Banana’s activities in the Mail Art network, her collecting of published materials and artworks, her performance art, exhibitions of her work and others, promotion of her activities, the production of various publications including VILE magazine, and the creation of visual art including artist trading cards, artistamps, collage, drawings and paintings. Materials were created in Victoria and Vancouver from 1964-1973, San Francisco from 1973 to 1982, Vancouver from 1982 to 1995 and the Sunshine Coast from 1995 to 2020, as well as on various tours and travels throughout this whole period. Materials are often focused on the neodadaist movements of San Francisco in the 1970s and beyond, as well as involvement in the Mail Art Network and performance art, and Anna’s personal and professional life.

The fonds consists of typewritten research notes relating to historical sources of information about salmon canning in British Columbia.

The fonds consists of an undated autobiography entitled "Things I Remember," photographs and printed material from the opening of the MacLeod Building (1964) and materials related to his receipt of the McNaughton Medal (1972) for his "pioneering achievement in electrical engineering education in Western Canada."

The fonds consist of textual records related to the workshops and conferences that Hagler attended and publications he was involved in. The fonds also includes photographs that may have been taken at those conferences or included in published texts. Fonds consists of records generated by TRAS in the course of raising funds for, and administering funds to, overseas partners. The fonds is organized into the following series: administrative records (1962-1990) and project records (1964-1997). The film “Initiation of a Dalai Lama” was brought to UBC by John Conway in May 1988 to be deposited with the records of TRAS. Documentation from 1970 with the film suggests the film was borrowed from UBC Audio-Visual Services Extension Department by Dr. Shotaro Iida for use by the Dalai Lama.

Most of this collection was assembled by William Tetlow of the UBC Office of Institutional Analysis and Planning, and consists of President MacDonald’s initial proposal to the Board of Governors and Senate as well as minutes and reports arising from the work of the Committee on Higher Education (1962/63). In addition, there are also copies of numerous briefs presented by community groups from throughout the province. Also included are copies of documents related to the Report, compiled by the President’s Office and sent to Simon Fraser University to help the SFU Archives document the origins of their university, and maintained as a potentially useful historical resource.

Throughout his education and political careers, the records were generated by William Bruneau and relate both to personal and professional interests.
