History
This committee had two primary functions. The first function was to organize the 50th anniversary concert of the famous concert which was held at the Peace Arch in 1952 and featured the American Communist and singer Paul Robeson. The second involved an oral history project where the committee conducting oral interviews with many of the political activists who helped to organize the initial concert.
