(2) Summons

  • one of the summons puts Robson as the Plaintiff, Green as the Defendant; the other puts Green as the Plaintiff and Robson as the Defendant. The specifics of the case are unclear. Both parties are being summoned to appear in court.

-Kockyah, an Indian is charged with feloniously and unlawfully cutting and wounding Naata with the intent to kill and murder. Verdict Guilty, signed by C.J. David Cameron, 19 April 1864.

Regina vs. Clepham

  • Clepham is charged with robbing C. Payne and while doing so causing him grievous bodily harm by hitting him with a stick. Verdict, Guilty of Assault, Sentence, 2 months with hard labour.
