Subseries includes a collection of reader’s reports written by Hunter for the Canadian Film Development Corporation, a precursor to Telefilm Canada.
Research material & notes subseries
Research notes, press clippings, printouts of referential (encyclopedic) web pages, traditional and email correspondence, journal articles, and ephemera (playbills, theatre brochures etc.). It also includes some maps from Grace’s research trips. Material is grouped into sections: bibliographic references, biographical/genealogical, research notes by archival institutions, notes by theatre, and notes by-product. [Some material identified as the property of other archival repositories has been removed].
The financial committee was responsible for establishing budgets and financial guidelines for conferences and other activities.

Publishing & permissions subseries
Correspondence and publishing contracts related to Grace’s publication of Hubbard’s autobiography.
Photographic material from Lowry-related events and images from the production of Grace’s volumes of Lowry’s letters. Digital copies of the Lowry letters and Grace’s works are included on floppy disk .

Legal Correspondence subseries
Includes correspondence between David Breen and his legal counsel, his notes on these conversations, and correspondences between David Breen’s legal counsel and the defendants. Materials are arranged chronologically.
Subseries consists of publications by Paulson concerning various aspects of nursing and nursing history. Most relate to her main interest in tuberculosis.

Includes articles and reports regarding the affiliation course in tuberculosis nursing developed by Paulson and other members of the Vancouver Unit of the Division of Tuberculosis Control.
Subseries consists of records relating to Campbell Jackson's education at, and activities while attending, the Vancouver General Hospital School of Nursing. Includes records concerning activities of classmates, Campbell Jackson's affiliation at Essondale, and her graduation. Record types include correspondence, a diploma, a photograph, and a commencement programme.

Biennial Business Meeting Photographs
Subseries consists of fifteen photo albums relating to the 1st to the 13th and 15th Biennial and 4th and 10th National conferences hosted by B.C. Operating Room Nursing Group. Photographs have been removed from the albums and individually described except for those in a peel and stick album for the 1974 meeting.
Executive Committee minutes and related records
Subseries consists of minutes of the Group’s Executive Committee meetings, as well as minutes of the Committee of Officers and Annual General meetings. Includes related correspondence and reports.
Records in this subseries are the original correspondence of Minoru Kudo with family, members of the Japanese Canadian community, and Canadian government bodies. While much of the material is Kudo’s own correspondence, a significant portion of the correspondence in this subseries is from his activity as a daishonin (scrivener) and are on behalf of other members of the Japanese Canadian community.
Sub-series reflects Mary Bishop’s interest in and research about global population trends in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. This sub-series is mostly comprised of published grey literature on topics related to population, including population statistics, population policy, laws, education, and world fertility surveys.

Memorial Book Nominations Committee
Subseries consists of material concerning an historical record that honours deceased RNABC members who deserve recognition for their contribution to nursing in British Columbia. Records include criteria for nominations and information on names submitted.
The Oral History Committee was established in 1981 on the 75th anniversary of the RNABC. Its goal was to capture past and present stories and activities of nurses of the province, and to document the development of nursing. About 1987 the Oral History group was brought under the History group, first as a gesture, then formalized as a full committee of the BCHNG about 1992.
Subseries consists of administrative and operational records of the committee. Includes blank copies of interview forms and consent forms. Various photocopies of published articles written from interviews are included. DVD contains recorded interviews with various individuals in 2010.
The B.C. History of Nursing Scholarship fund was established to provide financial support to nurses registered within B.C. who are pursuing studies in the History of Nursing, or who are carrying out a history of nursing project.
