Fonds consists of completed forms, correspondence, reports, CV's and other biographical information, and clippings and other published materials.

The fonds consists mainly of records generated by the Alumni Association in the course of its programs and activities and by its branches and divisions. The records are in the form of correspondence, reports, minutes of meetings, manuscripts for The Chronicle, and some published materials. Also included in the fonds are materials of historical interest collected by Frances Tucker in the course of her research for a history of the Association published for its fiftieth anniversary in 1966; these consist of written notes, clippings and other published materials, scrapbooks, photographs, correspondence, the first draft of her project, and index cards. Finally, the records of Harry Franklin, Executive Director from 1972 to 1979, are included; the files contain some Association records as well as Franklin's. Records stored in boxes 1-20 date from 1911 to 1966, and the rest date from 1955 to 1992. Because of the long time period between the accessions of these two bodies of records, and their different organization, they have not been physically integrated. Wherever possible, their original order has been maintained or restored. Fonds consists of materials documenting the early history of UBC’s Alpha Tau Omega (or ATO) fraternity, and later reunions among its alumni members, and includes correspondence, copies of photographs, publications, songsheets, and membership information.

This fonds also includes records relating to various family members, created and acquired by Allon Peebles’ daughter Priscilla Galloway. The fonds consists of lectures, papers, proposals, reports, correspondence, clippings, published materials, photographs and one audiotape relating to Rice's research and publishing activities, her work with various professional associations, and advocacy for the professional regulation of midwifery in B.C. The fonds also contains correspondence, reports, memoranda, minutes and other administrative records from Rice's involvement with the Nurse-Midwifery Service at Grace Hospital.

The fonds consists of records which document Borden's teaching career from Kindergarten instruction through university professor of early childhood education. The fonds is divided into eight series: biographical series, correspondence series, playschool series, literary productions series, printed materials series, subject files series, Child Study Centre series and audiovisual series.

Collection consists of Al Sens’ professional records, produced and received in the process of his career in cartoon and animation illustration. Material spans his career from the 1950s to the 2010s. The collection is arranged into two series according to record type: publications series and original illustration series.

Fonds consists of a bound, hand-written minute book for the 1917-1918 school year and a typewritten proposed constitution and by-laws dated March 1949.

The collection consists of minutes, correspondence and reports arising from two committees on which Leonard Staley (Professor of Agricultural Mechanics) was a member, the National Committee on Agricultural Engineering and the Farm Building Standards Committee. The latter was formed in the early 1960s as a standing committee that contributed to the development of the National Building Code of Canada.
