He further states that the said cattle in the argument mentioned, the subject matter, was falsely and fraudulently represented to him at the time of the said pretended sale and were almost valueless for any reason, and the Defendant claims that he has been damaged to the amount of 500 pounds sterling by the Plaintiff.
