Arts department records series

Series consists of correspondence, reports, minutes, and other textual records relating to Wynn's interaction with various departments in the Faculty of Arts and his involvement in departmental issues and concerns.

Asian Centre series

Series consists of correspondence, committee minutes, and reports regarding the planning and building of the UBC Asian Centre.

Budgets series

Series consists of financial records, correspondence, and notes regarding the Faculty's annual budget development.

College and University College records series

Series consists of correspondence, reports, brochures, and other textual records relating to Wynn's supervisory and advisory role over the University College of the Cariboo and the Okanagan College's granting Arts degrees through the University of British Columbia. The series also includes records about Wynn's input regarding programs and policies at other colleges in British Columbia. Series is arranged into the following three sub-series: University College of the Cariboo (Cariboo College) files (1989-1994), Okanagan College files (1989-1994), and General colleges records (1989-1996).

Series consists of minutes, correspondence, and reports related to Wynn's participation in various university and external committees.

Series consists of minutes, reports, and correspondence regarding committees established within the Faculty. It is arranged in the following sub-series: Curriculum Committee, Senior Appointments Committee, and Other Committees.

Department and Programme Correspondence series

Series consists of correspondence, with some accompanying reports and published materials, between the departments, schools, and programmes within the Faculty and the Office of the Dean of Arts. The material is arranged in sub-series by year, except for one sub-series entitled "English Department 1971-1973," consisting of records dealing specifically with a period of discord within that department.

Departmental Reviews series

Series consists of reports and correspondence regarding the periodical review of departments and programmes within the Faculty. Series also includes 11 cassette tapes created as part of the Slavonic Studies review (1990).

Faculty of Arts records series

Series consists of correspondence, minutes, reports, newsletters relating to Wynn's functions and activities within the Faculty of Arts. Includes records about his role in the development of Faculty policies and procedures, courses, programs, and events, as well as his participation in Faculty meetings.

Series consists of correspondence and CV's relating to certain members of the Faculty, and their employment, retirement, and activities.

Museum of Anthropology series

Series consists of correspondence, committee minutes, reports, and published materials regarding the planning, building, and administration of the UBC Museum of Anthropology.

Ritsumeikan records series

Series consists of correspondence, reports, minutes, financial records, brochures, and other textual records about developing an exchange program with Ritsumeikan University in Japan and Wynn's involvement with the program.

Statistics series

Series consists of statistical reports and related correspondence relating to enrolments and teaching loads within the Faculty.

Student Relations series

Series consists of correspondence and minutes of meetings dealing with relations between the Faculty and students, notably the Arts Undergraduate Society (AUS).

Students records series

Series consists of correspondence, reports, statistical data, and other records pertaining to policies, procedures, programs, and organizations concerning Faculty of Arts students.

UBC Non-departmental Correspondence series

Series consists of correspondence, with some accompanying reports and published materials, between the Office of the Dean of Arts and other University offices, including the President's Office and the Registrar.
