Art of Being Canadian subseries
CD-R with figures, captions and a digital copy of the manuscript.
This subseries includes research files primarily compiled by Kathleen Merken that contain correspondence between Merken and other Japanese Canadians, copies of other families’ recollections and accounts of their forced removal, and other reference materials such as maps, timelines, and excerpts from text that help to contextualize and document this history.
This subseries contains the translations of Minoru Kudo's diaries performed by Kathleen Merken between 2005 and 2011. Records include printed copies of the translations as well as logs and notes made by Merken as she was translating the diaries. This subseries also contains materials produced by Merken that focus on her vision for the publication of the translations, analysis of themes that she identified throughout the material, and some reflections on her experience of translating the diaries.

Reports and publications produced by the Government of Canada on Aboriginal peoples' land claims and forest management.
Subseries includes screenplays, drafts, correspondence, contract agreements, publications, interviews, reviews, press articles, films, and other ephemera associated with produced and un-produced feature film projects. Some projects were co-written with others, and others were written under a pseudonym.

Diploma Articulation Committee
The membership of the committee is comprised of representatives from nursing programs in colleges, universities and hospitals. This committee provided a forum for the exchange of information on common problems in different institutions and identified the needs and opportunities for ongoing development. It may advise the Academic Council regarding the equivalency of courses given at one institution or university as compared to courses given at another institution or university. Because of budget constraints and the similarity of the work of this committee to the Nursing Education Council, it appears to have been disbanded in about 1983.

These photocopies were made by Kathleen Merken during the process of translating the diaries. Photocopying activity occurred primarily before 2004 with some additional copies being made in 2005. While the majority are full copies of each diary, there are some files that were created for thematic grouping of materials across years.

Subsubseries consists of minutes of the graduate curriculum committee.
Subjects discussed include the methods of delivery, content and objectives of specific courses, and their evaluation. Ways of meaningfully involving students in their educational process, and extending the scope of the graduate program outside the Lower Mainland are other topics. Some course materials and other documents are included.

undergraduate curriculum at both the course and program levels.

Evaluating Child Care in the Home
The St. John Ambulance’s Child Care in the Home program was revised with the assistance of Sheila Zerr in 1979. A study, conducted by Sheila Zerr and supported by the National Health Research and Development Program Health and Welfare Canada, evaluated the effectiveness of this program in influencing the knowledge, attitudes and skills of child care.

This subseries includes records relating to Kujundzic's artwork production: sketchbooks; art pieces; poetry and notes; working artwork drafts; photographs and slides of his exhibits and artwork; and essays and writings on topics such as pollution and artist life. Also included are some autobiographical writings and materials that Kujundzic collected as sources of inspiration.
