The Plaintiff paid them $7000 U.S. to be applied to the payment of the goods. The goods were delivered to the Defendants' store in Victoria but they wrongfully refused to deliver the balance of the said goods to the Plaintiff and they threatened to sell, dispose of and part with the same.

They have not been delivered and the Plaintiff believes that the Defendants are about to leave for San Francisco and he asks that they be apprehended.

Disagreements arose between the parties and the Plaintiff asks that Kraft stops any further construction or renovation on the Hotel while the case between them is resolved with the Defendants paying the Plaintiff for damages suffered.
