Subseries consists primarily of textual materials created or collected by Lansdowne pertaining to his work. These materials include exhibition tour itineraries, resumés and curriculum vitae, biographical information, text accompanying his artwork in books, awards, honours and other ephemera. Also included are photographs, a framed letter, cassette tapes and a VHS tape.
Subseries contains maps of various tree farm licenses owned and operated by Western Forest Products and its predecessors.
The majority of the subseries consists of atlases on particular tree farm licenses (TFLs), some of which form part of the working and management plans and are thus closely associated with that subseries. There are also maps of forest areas that are not part of tree farm licenses.
Sub-series consists of original manuscript correspondence and other documents pertaining to the history and development of the Maritime provinces. Records concern trade, government, political ties, population, and agriculture. Includes handwritten notations of Prime Minister Sir John Thompson regarding Newfoundland's entry into the Canadian Confederation and its interaction with the United States, a manuscript by John Haliburton concerning his impressions of Joseph Howe, as well as correspondence of George Leonard, James Montgomery and Edward Fanning.

Memorial Nursing Portrait Collection Committee
The Memorial Nursing Portrait Collection was established in 1990 to raise money for the History of Nursing Scholarship Fund and to provide a visual, lasting portrait to honour a friend, family member, or other subject.
Subseries consists of committee reports and documents, booklets prepared by the committee, and information on nurses selected for this project. Many also have biographical files or fonds.

Of particular interest is a file from 1979 which contains detailed information, programs, hand-written letters and cards, etc . relating to the 30th Anniversary Dinner and Dance. Also, there is a file from 1980 file pertaining to the change of the union from OCAW to ECWU, that includes the letter from the Labour Relations Board approving the change.
