This series consists of architectural plans, design guides, cost estimates and magazines related to the Friedman house. The series is organized chronologically, beginning in 1952 with the original plans, followed by remodelling in 1966 and 1981 and ending with the remodel in 2012. The architectural plans are kept separately.

Subseries consists of general correspondence with various organizations and people. Although most of the correspondence was written by Sydney Friedman, some were written by and addressed to his wife, Constance.

Series consists of original (448) and reproduced anatomical illustrations, in black and white and colour, by Sydney M. Friedman.

Series consists of three videotapes for use in the teaching of anatomy. These are numbered VT 966-968.

Subseries consists of two copies of Friedman's Visual Anatomy the 1950-52 edition (2 vols.) published by Charles C. Thomas and the 1970-72 edition (3 vols.) published by Harper & Row. Each volume is autographed on the title page by the author.
