Series consists of recorded oral interviews for the book As We Remember It. Interviews include Helen Gordon Stewart, Margaret Clay, Marjorie Holmes, C. K. Morrison, Muriel Ffoulkes and H. Norman Lister.

Series consists of University of Toronto’s M.A thesis (1933), class assignments and syllabi from Columbia University (1936-1939) and finally, class notes and lists from the University of Chicago (1958-1959).

Saskatchewan series

Series consists of records pertaining to her time as supervisor of Saskatchewan Regional Libraries. The records include personal financial records, official correspondence, conference proceedings, annual reports, budget proposals, minutes of meetings, speeches and writings, and library publications.

Slides and Photographs series

Series consists of colored slides, black and white photographs and colored photographs of Marion Gilroy, the Gilroy family, North Central Saskatchewan Regional Library board members and employees, Dr. Helen Stewart, Marjorie Holmes and Muriel Foulkes.

Series consists of transcripts of oral interviews for her book As We Remember It, biographies, book lists, reports on regional library systems in British Columbia and Quebec, and conference notes.
