Sub-fonds consists of minutes and reports, correspondence, meetings notices and reports, as well as a convention series and others records related to the publications and the programmes generated in the course of the activities of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers — Vancouver Section.

Sub-fonds consist of records generated in the course of the life of the Vancouver section. The activities of the Institute led it to create meeting reports, minutes and correspondence as well as financial statements and publications.
