Branch executive members and members of the VANA national executive, the general membership, federal government representatives and individual members, regarding both operational activities and issues and internal administration.

The item consists of a three-page document entitled "Extract from the minutes of the Vancouver City Council meeting of September 26, 1989", with an attached cover letter that carries the letterhead of the Office of the City Clerk, City of Vancouver, is addressed to Col. The series consists of correspondence, written submissions to government committees, press releases, press clippings, summaries of speeches and research materials. These relate either to submissions directed at the federal government and organized by VANA's National Office and participated in by the Lower Mainland Branch, or; to submissions prepared by the Lower Mainland Branch independently and directed at local government.

Vancouver City Council Resolution on a Comprehensive Nuclear Weapons Test Ban Treaty
