This series consists of records related to grants and funded projects Luciana was a part of outside InterPARES. This includes grant applications, proposals, mid-term reports, budgeting and correspondence.

InterPARES

This series is divided into sub-series sections covering the various InterPARES phases. Each series consists primarily of SSHRC applications, reports, budgets and correspondence relating to funding. The series also includes publications from InterPARES research and conferences, including databases and presentation slides, which can be found on the CDs. The images included relate to the inauguration of InterPARES, international team meetings, conference presentations and the first two symposiums: How Do You Know it’s the Real Thing I and II.

Some of these professionals include Terry Cook, Terry Eastwood, Richard Cox, Susan Hart, Trevor Livelton, Frances Fournier, Tom Nesmith, Angelika Menne-Haritz, Peter Horsman, Nancy McGovern, Johanne Pelletier, Martha Piper and many more. Additional correspondence relating directly to publication, guest lectures, grants, etc., can be found in the corresponding series and files.

This series consists of correspondence, planning, budget, meeting minutes, notes and manuscripts for various committees, professional associations, partnerships, workshops or conferences Luciana participated in. This includes certificates and awards Luciana received.

UBC Appointment

This series consists of records of Luciana’s UBC faculty appointment beginning in 1986. This includes correspondence and minutes relating to curriculum and program development, records relating to her appointments and promotions, lecture notes and course evaluations, along with photographs, planning and speeches for UBC events. This includes the lecture notes from Luciana's guest lectures to UBC leading up to her faculty appointment. Planning about the MAS curriculum and the involvement of the history department.
